  • PAYMENT

    The full cost of your chosen garment is required for all bookings. Your booking is NOT secure until this has been paid. all bookings are to be made through instagram direct message. The booking can be paid via bank transfer (details to be discussed) or cash. 

    Screenshots MUST be provided for all payments made via bank transfer to secure your chosen garment. Once we have received the deposit, your garment will be booked for your chosen date.

  • CLEANING

    Please DO NOT attempt to clean the garment in any way - this will incur a fee for anyone who chooses not to abide by this rule. This includes fixing, steaming, dry cleaning, hand-washing etc. Upon return, if the garment has irremovable stains, tears or any other faults, the customer will be contacted and required to pay an additional fee to fix the garment. If the garment cannot be fixed, the customer will be held accountable and required to purchase an exact replacement.

    In the event a replacement cannot be purchased, the customer will be required to pay the full rrp. 

  • RETURNS

    All About Your Outfit has a strict TWO DAY return policy (this policy excludes customers who require postage - see below) from the customers chosen hire date. As you are not required to clean the items, we expect this is adhered to.

    All items must be returned in the same packaging you received them in (e.g. garment bags, coat hangers). For each day the garment is late the customer will be required to pay a $10 fee (unless discussed otherwise), so PLEASE ensure you drop it back within the required timeframe. If we do not receive the item(s) back, the customer is required to purchase an exact replacement, or provide a payment of the original RRP in FULL. 

  • POSTAGE

    We provide express postage ONLY. This is available for $25 return at the expense of the customer. All items are sent through Australia Post - once the garment has been posted, any delays that may occur due to Australia Post are not our responsibility. We will also not hold any responsibility for any incorrect/ineligible addresses provided by the customer. If this occurs, you will not be entitled to a credit note or any sort of refund. 

    Once the garment has been posted, all customers will be provided with a tracking number. You can track this on the Australia Post website to see where your package is. You are required to return the garment in the return satchel provided the NEXT business day at an Australian Post outlet by 4pm.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    All About Your Outfit has a strict 5 day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 5 days of your event, you are not entitled to a refund or credit note.

    If you cancel within 6 days or more from your event, your booking can be moved to a different date, but is non-refundable.

  • PERFUME & DEODORANT

    Please do not spray any perfumes, colognes etc. DIRECTLY onto the garment. This is extremely hard to get out and often requires a double dry clean (wrists and neck are fine). Please wear deodorant at ALL times.

    If we cannot get body odour out of the garment we will not be able to hire it out to the next customer and this will incur a fee.

  • FAKE TAN

    You must not, under any circumstances wear a fresh fake tan with your chosen garment. You must shower AT LEAST once after a tan to ensure any excess does not rub off on the garment. 

  • TRY ONS

    All About Your Outfit is located at Cosmetic Laneway in Boronia and offers try ons to all customers.

    All try ons need to be booked in advance via our online booking system.

    A $15 service fee is required for all try on appointments and will be deducted from the cost of your booking, as long as the booking is made by 11:59pm on the day of your try on appointment.

    if a booking is not made during this time frame, the $15 service fee will be forfeited.

    Appointment times differ every week. Please note, booking a try on does not guarantee your dress will be available for your chosen date. the only way to secure a garment is to book.
